Senior Officer (Policy, Communications & Research)

The Housing Authority is currently seeking to recruit a motivated person to fill position above on an indefinite contract basis.
The recruited employee shall be part of the Housing Authority PR team and will be assigned related duties. The selected employee will be expected to innovate, develop and execute ideas in collaboration with the Communications Manager to formulate an internal and external communication plan supporting the authority’s broad mission and objectives. Other duties will involve:
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Create and co-ordinate engaging content and copywriting.
• Cultivate and grow social media accounts.
• Maintain and improve the existing website through content and SEO.
• Set-Up and execute paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with the various departments to develop effective marketing material and strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop key messages and talking points for various audiences.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media houses and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing materials.
• Assist in the development of marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals.
• Analyze campaign performance and metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, techniques, and best practices.
