Housing Authority
The Housing Authority is currently seeking to recruit a motivated person to fill the position above on a full-time, indefinite contract basis. The manager will be responsible for all tasks related to Training and Development within the Housing Authority’s workforce, as well as overseeing the talent acquisition process.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about people and personal development. Applicants should be people-oriented, goal-driven, and committed to teamwork and cooperation, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the Authority. The manager must demonstrate strong organisational skills, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be capable of interacting with all levels within the Authority as well as with external stakeholders. An excellent command of both Maltese and English, written and spoken, is required.
