Offers close on the 28th August 2026 at 10:00am. The person awarded the tender would have to pay 10% of the amount offered if contract is not signed.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
Eligible only to residents of Blk A1-A11, Triq Pietru D’Armenia, Pembroke who have never owned and/or do not currently own a garage forming part of the underlying garage complex.
Kindly indicate specific garage on which bid is being made on tender document.
Please note that the premises will be open to the public on 24th August from 9:30am till 10:30am and 26th August from 9:30am till 10:30am.
The Housing Authority reserves the right to refuse any tender even the most advantageous.
