Offers close on the 25th September 2026 at 10:00am. The person awarded the tender would have to pay 10% of the amount offered if contract is not signed.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
This advert is subject to right of first refusal.
Kindly indicate specific garage on which bid is being made on tender document.
Please note that the premises will be open to the public on 22nd September from 9:30am till 10:30am and 24th September from 9:30am till 10:30am.
