The Housing Authority is currently seeking to recruit a motivated person to fill the post above on a full-time and indefinite contract basis.
The ideal candidate shall be knowledgeable about, and familiar with, the requirements for obtaining permits from the Planning Authority and other relevant authorities, construction detailing, standard quantity surveying processes, as well as construction and project management. The candidate shall also be a team player who demonstrates ownership, commitment, strong multitasking skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent attention to detail.
