Offers close on the 2nd January 2026 at 10:00am. The person awarded the tender would have to pay 10% of the amount offered if contract is not signed.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
This notice is subject to the right of first refusal.
The Housing Authority reserves the right to refuse any tender event the most advantageous.
