Aim of the Service
The Nikru Biex Nassistu Scheme is an opportunity for landlords and owners of vacant property to lease residential property with one, two or three bedrooms to the Housing Authority.
The property is leased for 10 years and must be in a good state of repair and furnished with a kitchen including appliances. The Housing Authority will then sublease the property for social accommodation purposes.
The Landlord will receive the rent payment in advance every six months. The leased property will be returned in a good standard following the end of a lease.
