Offers close on the 25th September 2026 at 10:00am. The person awarded the tender would have to pay 10% of the amount offered if contract is not signed.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
Please note that the premises will be open to the public on 16th September from 9:30am till 10:30am
The Housing Authority reserves the right to refuse any tender event the most advantageous.
