Offers close on the 24th April 2026 at 10:00am. The person awarded the tender would have to pay 10% of the amount offered if contract is not signed.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
Each bidder may bid for as many car spaces as they like but may only be awarded a maximum of 3 car spaces.
Kindly indicate specific car space on which bid is being made on tender document.
Please note that the premises will be open to the public on 20th April from 9:30am till 10:30am
The Housing Authority reserves the right to refuse any tender event the most advantageous.
