The divided portion at semi basement level, consisting of a built-up space, measuring approximately two point seven four meters squared (2.74m2), comprising of an internal area measuring approximately two point five five meters squared (2.55m2), and an external area measuring approximately zero point one nine meters squared (0.19m2), and forming part of the garage situated at semi basement level, internally numbered two (2), accessible from a common drive-in and ramp without name or number, abutting unto Triq San Martin, Zurrieq, forming part of a garage complex consisting of three (3) garages and underlying the block of buildings with the official number one hundred and sixty five (165) and named ‘Ta’ Martin Mansions’, which block is built on plot number two (2) of the land known as ‘Ta’ Sant Agatha’.
Offers close on the 26th June 2026 at 10:00am. The person awarded the tender would have to pay 10% of the amount offered if contract is not signed.
A fee of €50 will be charged for the tender documents.
This notice is subject to the right of first refusal.
