Development of HOS Plots

Owners of plots allocated under the Home Ownership Scheme are required to pay a fee equivalent to 25% of the land's value if they intend to redevelop their plots into multiple units. However, if the newly developed residential units will be retained by the owner or their children, there is an opportunity for the development fee to be waived.

Interested applicants can submit an email to estate.data.ha@ha.gov.mt with the following information:

a) HOS File Number 
b) Detailed Address including original plot number 
c) Personal Information including name, surname and ID Card Number
