Manager (Policy & Research)

The Housing Authority is currently seeking to recruit a dynamic person to fill the post above on a full-time and indefinite contract basis. The Manager will be managing a team related to Policy and Research, developing and implementing Policy and Research strategies which enhance to shape the authority’s image and visibility.
The ideal candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively whilst effectively managing timelines, resources and teams. Attention to detail, problem solving skills and strong analytical abilities are essential. Applicants should have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey findings, policy recommendations and complex ideas. This position will appeal to individuals who are team oriented, highly organised and able to interact effectively with all levels within the Authority, as well as with external stakeholders.
