The Housing Authority is currently seeking to recruit a motivated person to fill position
above on an indefinite contract basis. The Compliance Officer will be responsible to assist
in tasks related to Compliance, Enforcement, Investigations, and in Routine Inspections
concerning the property administered by the Housing Authority.
Applicant must be able to work independently, collaboratively and in a fast-paced
environment. It will be necessary to demonstrate an ability to prioritize workloads, multitask
effectively and apply effective communication. This position will appeal to individuals
with high organisational skills, strong commitment to teamwork, and ability to manage and
interact with all levels within the Authority, with service providers and with visitors.
