First-Time Buyer Scheme
Aim of the Scheme
The First-Time Buyer Scheme is intended for people who acquired their first property after January 1, 2022. Under this scheme, first-time buyers will receive a €10,000 grant in annual instalments of €1,000 over 10 years.
Through this scheme, the Housing Authority provides a helping hand to people during the first crucial years after making this important investment in their lives and as they take their first steps on the property ladder.
