The Renovation of Housing Estates Programme is an ongoing initiative by the Housing Authority focused on maintaining and modernising its existing housing stock to meet current standards.
This programme includes works such as structural repairs, improvements to common areas, and the refurbishment of façades.
Each year, the Housing Authority renovates an average of over 40 blocks, selecting each block through a systematic, multi-year approach to ensure that no housing block remains in a substandard condition.
